ORDIA provides planning tools and personal guidance—not a comparison, quotation or guarantee.
These terms explain the basis on which visitors may use ordia.help and its browser-based household tools.
1. About ORDIA with Paul
ORDIA with Paul is operated by Paul Scrase, an independent Utility Warehouse Partner. Contact: paul.scrase@uw.partners or 07925 008477.
2. Using the website
You may use the website for personal, lawful household planning. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it at unreasonable volume, or use it to infringe another person’s rights.
You are responsible for protecting your device and reviewing information before relying on, printing or sharing it.
3. No comparison service
ORDIA is not a whole-market comparison website and does not rank every supplier or tariff. It helps visitors organise household information and consider whether eligible services available through Utility Warehouse may be worth discussing with Paul.
4. No quotation, advice or guaranteed savings
Figures, readiness scores, benchmarks, estimates, scenarios and suggested actions are planning prompts. They are not quotations, financial advice, legal advice, regulated advice, a guarantee of eligibility or a promise of savings.
Prices, availability, product terms, eligibility and actual savings depend on individual circumstances and current supplier terms. Check formal documentation before making a decision.
5. Energy information
Actual energy usage should come from a household bill, supplier export, authorised smart-meter service or suitable meter readings. EPC records and government benchmarks provide property or group context and are not an individual household’s actual consumption.
Meter annualisation and household scenarios are indicative and can be distorted by season, behaviour, incomplete readings or incorrect inputs.
6. Optional earning opportunity
The Utility Warehouse Partner opportunity is optional and separate from the household-service discussion. Income is not guaranteed. Results depend on personal activity, consistency, customers, team outcomes, costs and the applicable plan and terms.
Visitors should review current official information and consider their own circumstances before proceeding.
7. Local browser data
Most household information is saved only in the browser used to enter it. ORDIA does not promise permanent storage, synchronisation, backup or recovery. Browser settings, device loss, updates or clearing site data may remove it. Use the provided export tools where appropriate.
8. Documents and reports
The Bill Helper displays selected files locally and does not promise automated reading or document retention. Printable summaries are generated from information entered or selected by the visitor. Check every summary before relying on or sharing it.
9. External services and links
The website links to third-party services including Calendly, WhatsApp, email, Utility Warehouse and government data services. ORDIA is not responsible for their availability, content, accessibility, privacy practices or separate terms.
10. Availability and changes
The website may be changed, suspended, withdrawn or updated without notice. ORDIA aims to keep information accurate and useful but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors or that all content is current at every moment.
11. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the ORDIA branding, website design, original text and locally created materials belong to Paul Scrase or are used with permission. You may print or save summaries for personal household use. You may not reproduce the website or branding commercially without permission.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to that, ORDIA is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate visitor inputs, reliance on indicative tools, third-party services, unavailable supplier products, loss of browser-stored data, or use outside the purpose described in these terms. Consumer rights that apply by law are not affected.
13. Privacy and accessibility
Use of the website is also informed by the Privacy Notice, Cookies & Browser Storage Notice and Accessibility Statement.
14. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer and civil-procedure rules may hear disputes.
15. Contact and complaints
Questions or complaints should be sent to paul.scrase@uw.partners. Please include the page, feature or conversation concerned and the outcome sought.
